Default Will this deep pan fit my truck

Hey guys does any one know if this pan will fit my 95 ram 1500 5.2? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/DER-14110/ Also does anyone know a good deep engine oil pan that will fit my truck

Yes, but it is the same depth as the stock one.

mag hytec pans look great,but they wont take an impact.I once had a catapillar 3126 with a cast pan that hit a really bad pothole and the pan crumbled.I replaced with a stamped steel pan off of a 3116.Hit the same hole and only had a crease in the pan.I was convinced that stamped steel pans are better and cheaper.

Installed one of those last spring along a filter. It took 11 qts. to fill it. (Warm & in neutral)

yeah I can't see that being much of a plus-side for a truck.

Then again some people don't use them like trucks so I guess it depends :\

Buying a pan based on how it will take an impact is quite silly. Buy the pan with the specifications you need, and build around it. Use a skidplate.
