It seems like its running alot smoother and when in drive at a stop it idles around 3-4 hundred rpms were it was always around 5 before.

Also the guy at the parts store asked my if I wanted the stuff for the engine cause they also make tranny cleaner to. I didnt know that. Has anybody tried the tranny seafoam or have any clue how it works?
Do not use any additives in your transmission.

I dont think its really an additive...its more like a flush/cleaning agent you add shortly before draining and refilling...

That is what I was just going to say. I put it in my truck 1year ago and the trans is still going strong knock on wood.

Tranny oil is not like motor oil that gets contaminated by combustion byproducts. If you change your tranny fluid regularly there should be no need to use additives to clean it out unless there is some way for dirt or moisture to be getting into it. Often, loosening up any internal deposits can cause more harm than good because there are many tiny passages the fluid has to move through that can become clogged.

The only reason I put it in my trany is because the truck was in a damp garage for 10years befor I got it

Seafoamed my truck this morning, didn't really notice any difference. Idle's same, power's same, too soon to check mileage. Did manage to **** off the neighbor though.

No, but there wasn't a breeze at all. He was out shoveling snow and the smoke just lightly drifted into his yard, took a while for it to dissipate.
