Thoughts on Sea Foam
I just went to the web site and watched the use, pooring it in the PVC valve at high idle, then poor in till your engine stalls, then in the oil, then in the gas tank, etc...
Does this stuff really work? Got to be honest, the video on their page looked like something you see on TV at 3AM (don't ask)...
What have y'alls results been with Sea Foam, and how have you used it?

I Seafoamed mine today actually. I can promise you it works, actually, I know it does. ESPECIALLY weedeaters, mowers, ect. For $8 its well worth it, and you get an AWESOME smoke show.
Here is an example
I dont put it in the oil, I put 1/3 in the intake ( take a soda can or dixie cup and cut it in half, disconnect the brake booster line and let the engine suck it up) and 2/3 in the tank.I let it sit for 10 mintues and got that result.
I am in Auto Tech at my High School. My car is a 1991 Lexus LS400 with 300,000 miles. The car sat for about 2 years, and when I began working on it, the valves were sticking and creating no vac. We pourd seafoam in the gas and down the booster line and within 3 cranks, bam it started right up.Ran great and still does. Shoulda seen all the smoke, it was so funny.

HAHAH Bet your neighbors loved that... Is it primarily a cleaning agent then? Did you poor it in your PVC Valve, Oil, and gas tank?

Yes, its a cleaning agent, but its pure petroleum. If you pour it in the oil you have to change it like in the next 50-100 miles. So, nah. On our Rams, either the PCV valve or Brake booster tube. ( I like the brake booster vac line because its very flexible and easier to remove, just my opinon.)

Seafoam is good stuff just two weeks ago a friend thought his s10 was a mudder and took it through a mud hole with 2-3 inches of ice on it and barred his truck. It sucked water and mud up the intake. when we finally got it out it missed and was backfiring through the intake he drove it to school the next day thinking it would clean itself out well guess what it did not so I sea foamed it and he has not had any problem with is sense. We also had fun smoking out the school parking lot when running the seafoam through his engine.

marvels mystery oil is used the same way..... funny they talk about it on the vw site like seafoam is refered to here...It has wintergreen in it which is some kind of old school penetrant in it and does wonders to free up sticky valves. I've heard of people misxing it half mmo and half water when pouring it into a carb or throttlebody throat while at half rpm....same thing with smoke and it steam cleans too
