I've been doing a lot of research on e fans since I'm getting ready to install one in the near future, and from what I've read, The 94 and 95 Mark 8's where a one speed fan, and the 96-98 where 2 speed fans. Here's a thread from the durango section that might help you get the ball rolling.

As long as you have the 3 wires it should be 2 speed (key word being SHOULD) Hi/Lo is controlled by relays (70A or higher version is recommended) As soon as I find time away from other duties, and it warms up, I'll be finishing my wiring, complete with blown fuse indicators. There is a way cool applet to help you in your wiring needs at Falstad. My circuit may be a little (way over) over kill. 3 70A relays. 1 for hi, 1 for low, and one to switch between the two circuits.

Import the data on the txt file into the applet to view the circuit. Next I'll need to design a circuit to dim led's after I add them to the truck.

BTW you can get 80A relays for under $8 from Here

A lot of people ziptie their tanks in place after removing the shroud. Moe's sells a kit with 2 bottles that looks really nice. They are on the expensive side though.
