Default dipstick tube broke off block help

help 98 ram 5.2 and my dipstick tube was not bolted back down after changing Plenum Gasket and serpent. belt broke and bent my dip stick tube and i bent it back and it broke flush with block with nothing to grab on to. i took oil the oil pan off and tried to hit it up from bottom with screwdriver and hammer and did not budge. tried drilling it and bit broke. got bit out. tried threading a bolt in and pulling on bolt and nothing.. just made threads.. i tried a screw at an angle and pulling and did not budge. it is now all chewed up but looks like fitting is pressed in there even worse. how can i fix this to get another dip stick tube in to check my oil? jb weld and seal old one on?

Try to find a socket that is just small enough to fit the housing but that will catch the fitting and drive it out from the bottom. Make sure you lube the hell out of that fitting too.

the fitting seems tapered.. i tried the socket and beat the Heck out of it and not a budge. . so irritating. truck has been out of commission for a full week already.. can't take it to a shop because i just lost my job thanks to the economy here in oregon. should i buy a small torch and heat up around it or would it catch all the grease on fire and possibly crack my block?
