Adding gauges, a few questions

I sent them an e-mail before ordering, This is what they said:
"Rick,

Our listings show that the 2000 Ram 2500 with the V10 requires our 3/4 unf-16 oil filter adapter. The product number is GS-AF2."

It should be the 3/4 unf-16 adapter.

thanks guys it's on it's way..now for the trans temp did you need a adapter for the service port or will it thread right in? this truck is my only transportation i wont have a ride to the auto part store once i start thanks again

have a question why have oil temp?when the water temp is the same from what ive been told

For one, the stock temp gauge is very slow reacting and not very accurate. I often see a 20 degree swing on the Glow Shift that barely registers on the stocker. It never hurts to monitor your engine more precisely.

how are you guys running your water temp gauge sensors i looked for a t fitting for the stock location but no luck please post pics

Glow Shift has an adapter that goes in the upper radiator hose. Probably the easiest way to do it.
