block lifts just lift the bed/cab up leaving the chassis at the stock height so you will have to move your bumpers if you use blocks. it wouldnt change your shock travel
umm i wasnt tlking about a body lift..Which is obviously what your talking about. I said lift blocks...As in Lift blocks under the leafs. I found my answer anyway. I found out it will be fine because the 4x4 ram uses the same rear shocks as the 2wd..Thus i can lift it in the rear as much as the stock 4x4 without changing the shocks.
EDIT: AWW CRAP. Dakotas ram beat me to it!

And you can gain something out of lifting a 2wd I need ground clearance for work but dont need a 4x4 or the extra weight, only reason I havent lifted is I can drive around were I cant go
everyone gets a 4x4 and lifts it but you dont see alot of lifted 2wd thats why i did mine just dont want to be like everyone else even if its pointless

Theres a reason why you see alot of 4x4's that are lifted and not alot of 2wd's. But to each his own, I'm not trying to bash you or your rig.
