Default Cheapest way to level my 2wd Ram

I have a 2001 dodge ram 2wd and I started to install a 3 inch Tough country spindle lift when I realized it would not work with stock wheels. So I now have two spindles in my garage and 1 inch spacers on the back of my truck. As you can probably tell the rake of the truck doesnt look so great now. What is the cheapest way for me to raise the front of my truck up three inches or so. Is there a way I can do it myself? I have lookes at spacers for the coil spring but I hear you can not take thise off yourself. Thanks guys.

400lbs of sand bags or cement in the back of the truck will level out the frontend nicely and improve the ride.

But i'd consider going to the junkyard or a wholesaler and see if you can get ahold of a some 2500 springs, they will be a direct fit for the front and raise you about 2 or 3 inches and they dont take too long to do. and just do add a leaf or blocks in the rear

you can get 3" coils from roughcountry, but theyll probably eat up you ball joints and bearings and some say you need new control arms

what about just a bodylift?

haha well its not so much of a lift as just leveling the factory rake. There are only little one inch spacers on the rear.
