i got no idea on that one, but if i were you i would consider taking that front diff cover off and seeing if there are any teeth laying in it and see if everything is as it should be

i got a buddy with a cummins that had a problem with his 4 wheel drive kickin in, the disk that the fork pushes to lock in the 4x4 was a few thousands out of being round. he took it out and machined it down flat again, idk if that would be part of the problem.... at least thats how he explained it to me

Did you put a vacuum gauge on it? It should be 20 psi at the CAD unit. I'm pretty sure you can get those as a loan a tool at the parts store.

Wouldn't that be 20 inches of mercury (in hg)? psi is pressure.

checked the vacuum today wasnt that....ima leave school early monday and take it to the shop maybe they can find it ill let everyone know what they find
