Just wondering if Dodge really made Indy Pace Trucks...? I really like the looks of the 1996, and was surprised it didn't have leather interior. The 1987 seems to be more 'legit'

Yes dodge made an Indy pace truck. A few members on here have them.

 

Funny that second one, didnt realize they made another one prior. Odd its a 4x4, also when the 96 Indy's came out it was advertized as the first time a Dodge truck had track duties at an Indy race.

yeah, i think them daks are pretty rare

 

yeah i have never seen one of those. although the picture looks legit....the decals look to be ancient on it. i wouldnt believe it unless it came with paperwork though

I'd buy that Dakota in a heatbeat. Espcially that it has the numbered dash plate. That thing begs a good restoration and a 408!
