Default Trying to build my truck into a SUV- cant find a shell that fits

I cannot find any Leer shells that will fit my 2000 dodge ram 2500 srt long bed single cab. I also was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what seats i should get to bolt into the bed of my truck. only have 3 seats isnt cutting it when i go mudding. Has anyone done this befor?

If people are going to be back there your going to want to put a roll cage back there too.

That would be fine, if you don't want your passengers in the back to live if you flip.

And there are plenty of caps for 8 foot beds out there.

Bolting seats in the "bed" of a shelled truck is very much against the law. If you get rear ended or are involved in an accident and someone dies back there...well your looking at a manslaughter charge. If you get pulled over and a cop sees that, you'll get sited and ticketed heavily. if someone gets hurt in the back and survive, you can be sued for negligents. Choose your battles...

I have thought of doing the same thing though man. Just the risks are worth the reward. Unless you fully caged it and tied into the frame, and had full harnesses, oh and only drove it off road. Then you should be ok. Still wouldn't want to risk it though...
