Default Another trans check valve option

http://www.transmissionsone.com/ About 3/4 down the page , $48 bucks +shipping , thought i would post this since Aims's thread is getting a little hacked up and did'nt want to post this in there. I thought i read where it was a nylon valve inside and it heats up melts, which plugs up , just drill it out sounds easiest and best to me.

I have been doing alot of reading and next month plan on going through some mods on my truck (2001 1500 4x4 with the 360) is this the part (@K22954C Governor sensor and lockup od solenoids for $134.)I want for my tranny? I am also going to delete the valve and add the external filter, drain plug, is there anything else while I am in there?
Thanks

I'm definatley buying one of their rebuild kits once mine goes. Don't want the viper transmission but wouldn't mind having some quality internals and a shift kit
