You can hear the relay clicking.

If it really is the relay clicking... then I would check the fuse in the PDC (Fuse #9, 30A).

If the fuse is OK, then the problem is likely in the starter solenoid.

Yeah I figured it out that's where they were. I corrected myself. There is no starter relay. I thaught there was. I can hear the starter itself click when turning the ingnition over.

Default Clicks when starting with charged battery

I have a 2005 Dodge Durango. Never had any issues with battery, starter. Got in it, turned the key, and only clicking. Battery connections were very clean and tight. Tried jumping the battery, and nothing but clicks. Took battery out and put on a charger, put fully charged battery back in and nothing but clicks. What is wrong with it?

Where are you hearing the click from? If you hear it from the starter, prolly time for a new starter.

Did you check the connections at the starter? The starter may have gone bad. They don't last forever. Try tapping the starter with a hammer.

rc : "And guess what? I spent 3 hours trying to find a blown fuse. I feel like an idiot".

Not an idiot, just one of about 7 billion imperfect human beings. Hey, you found it and you fixed it. Well done.

Jedi: "What about a 2001 Dodge 2wd 5.2L? It just clicks when trying to start it? I changed batteries and still clicking".

If I have good connections everywhere; battery terminals, battery ground, starter connections; and a good strong battery, and I'm getting nothing but click-click-click, it's almost always been the damn starter; usually the starter drive/solenoid. Slam a new/rebuilt one in [the entire starter w/solenoid], and your problem should be solved. If it's not, I think most places will let you return it. Find out up front; if they say they won't take it back, I'd deal with someone else.
