Although it may be difficult I would like to see a turbo setup on a dodge. Turbos are usually very efficient so a gas milage comparison would be interesting. If you go through with this can you document your fuel economy for a while (month or more preferably) then do it afterward with the turbo. A before and after dyno pull would be very interesting to see also.

my truck gets 11 MPG city on my 5.9. I have the fitch fuel catalyst. FWIW, my 5.2 ggot 16.6 city MPG with the 4 hole injectors.

About the turbo. I would not go higher than 6 lbs. That is what the procharger kits go to for our trucks. If you get ARP rod bolts then go 8 LBS.

BTW, where did you get the chip burner and tuner software? Can you burn a dodge ram? I never seen one, and i am guessing that you get an OBDII that connects to the laptop directly to the OBDII port.
