air horn install (pics)
NA i'd say train's are because sound carrys farther over flat/open surfaces. Therefore ferrys wouldnt need to be as loud. Trains on the other hand would because they have to be heard up to a mile away due to regulations and crap, also they'er in valley, forests, woods, near rivers and all those trees, hills and mountians will block and degrade the sound so they have to be extremely loud to over come all of that.
Make sense ?

I'll have to try and find a video clip of mine somewhere. I won't even honk it with my windows down because it actually hurts my ears.

Here is a video clip of my horn in action. The all of my windows are up, and this clip still does not do these horns justice...

I plan on keeping them.
But, here is a link to where I got them:
http://www.hornblasters.com/products...r-4-train-horn
It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but it was well worth it the first time I used them.
I'm really happy I bought them. They sell complete packages if you need air compressors, tanks, etc. I opted to install my own air system (York 210). Here is the thread where I wrote up my bracket build:

I'm trying to find a good camera/mount system for capturing my misadventures. I've had some really good ones that I have not captured on video (seems I never have my camera, or time to get it out, when the really good opportunities are there). I need to work on that.
