You could go with an Edelbrock 1221 Pro-Flo Series.

It's $30 at Summit. Might be able to get it for $25 on ebay.
Looks like this installed on a 5.9:

Wow looking back my engine bay is a dirty mess

Well Fellas, I did some testing the past few days. With the PCM reset, and the 14x3 on, and normal applied throttle, it pulled my 3k pound trailer with mowers around fairly well, especially with O/D off and it got up to speed very well past 3k RPM.
I took it home, put the stock CAI back on, reset the PCM and drove it down to Tampa for dinner and back (About 100 miles round trip), so the PCM had time to relearn back to the stock aircleaner. The next day I hooked up the trailer, and drove the truck on the same route I went with the 14x3 installed. It pulled the trailer with less effort from my foot, from a dead stop to 3k RPM. I also found I could leave the O/D on and not have the transmission down shift, which I would expect to yield better mileage.
For me, I am going to leave the stock setup on. If you are on the throttle all the time, I could see where the 14x3 would be a benefit. As for me, I plan on keeping my 318 stock internally, and sticking with the stock intake for now. Down the road I may splurge for a Ram Air Box to get the best of both worlds.
