Default Front end problems

Hello. I just got a 1997 dodge ram 4x4 that was wreaked in the front. I had to replace the whole front axle and steering. I did this and it drives perfect. However, it makes this bad screeching sound from both front wheels. After about 4 or 5 days of driving it, the top 3 lug nuts on the driver side tire pop off! I have replaced both wheel bearings, brake pads/ rotors and it is still screeching. Any help would be great! Thanks

Did you use any kind of anti-squeal compound on the backing plates of the brake pads?

I get really generous with that stuff when doing brakes.... I use the stuff that comes in a spray can.

Does the sound change when you step on the brakes? If so, how? Better? Worse?

Are the splash shields rubbing against the rotors? Does the sound vary with vehicle speed?

Have a look and see if the splash shields aren't contacting the rotors. Something that moves is rubbing on something that doesn't. Might have to pull the tires to get a good look. (and would probably be the best plan.)

Can you jack up the front, yank the tires, turn the parts, and hear anything that way?

lug nuts popped off ? and screeching ?

something's seriously wrong. like said, get it up on jack stands and rotate the wheels. look/listen for something rubbing. something's not fitting right...

what does popped off mean ? came loose ? stripped out ? lugs broke off ?
