Check the junkyard, and just replace the tank...... chances are very good, you will not be able to just pop the dents out..... plastic really isn't that forgiving.

Or just deal with it. Event cheaper fix. I bet you can still get 33 gallons in her. lol.

I put in 25 gallons the other day when the the gauge was just above the E. I cant see those dents taking up 10 gallons. Anyway, I will keep my eye open for a new tank and when an excellent deal comes along I will take advantage. Until then I will just endure.

The gas gauges in these trucks don't seem to be the most accurate things in the world..... I still have ten gallons in my 26 gallon tank, when the gauge reads quarter tank...... Something you can check when you change it.... check and see just how accurate your gauge is.
