First thing I would look at is fuel pressure. If that's ok, might be an O2 sensor on its way out. Possibly a plugged/dead injector as well. Do you have a miss at all?

Plugged cat?

When is the last time you did a tuneup? How many miles on the truck?

I had the same issue with my 96 when I first got it 2 months ago turned out to be the fuel pump. might want to look into that.

if its running lean, that would be an 02sensor...(im a mechanic, ive dealt with those codes MANY times.) and since it says bank 1, thats a dead giveaway....Bank 1 is the Pre-cat sensor.
