so then what exactly defines an 'upgrade'?? Does it just have to cost a lot, or should it just be something that every other dodge guy and his dog has?

A similiar setup is currently in the running for mod of the month.... So whats wrong with this one?

Well i don't see him calling it an upgrade.

The title is "Look what im building"

He wanted to share what he was working which i believe is one of the many purposes on this site. If its not something your into or would do to your truck i don't see why you would not just ignore the thread rather then try to break it down.

I think you should wrap it in vinyl like the one on PS, paint just wouldn't look as good.

I like it although there has been more than one occasion where being able to pop it int 4x4 real quick has saved my ***....

Its a work in progress. I don't expect it to be 'beautiful'.

It isn't done. In fact, it is in the very early stages of design. Wait for the finished project before you pass judgment please.

plus i'm almost positive that console will outlast the dash, no matter how you choose to wrap it, lol

Money is kinda tight for me at the moment, So vinyl might not happen atm but im going to put fabric like what color the carpet is or paint it with mopar interior paint.

you could use sub box carpet and spray adhesive....
