so that means i have to take the door panel off right to take the mirror off? gonna wait a few days then to do that one gotta put new speakers in the doors and dont have them yet....guess i will hillbilly fix it till then shove a few toothpicks around the hole where the mirror goes in will tighten it up till i take it apart lol

Toothpicks are a good idea for a temporary fix. I'd probably just duck tape them.
Before you remove those panels you might want to get a pack of new clips, they tend to get mangled pretty bad when you pop them out.

I believe it is 13 clips in the front door and 7 in the rear.

i bought a new driver mirror for my truck last year off of ebay for $40. if you were to go this route, be careful of the brand you get. my mirror looks exactly like the OEM one, however; the mirror is built a little weaker and the mirror vibrates little more than the heavier OEM. you can find OEM on ebay especially used from dodge owners. if i would of found one at the time, i would have gone that route. also try LMC. for a new heated/electric one its $90..
