hooking a battery up backwards will just blow fuses. check all the fuses in the pdc, and in the cab, and go from there. i hooked the battery up backwards on my camper once(because it had been all winter and had forgot which wire was the positive), and it popped the 2 fuses that were hooked to the main supply so nothing would come on, on just battery power.

I just sent the pcm off to get it flashed I would think they would have caught it then. Wouldn't you? That is the only reason I'm thinking maybe its the pdc.

I pulled all my fuses last night and checked them. I'm going to be checking spark later on today. Just to be sure it is getting air fuel and spark. I'm super stumped. These new electronically controlled motors confuse the heck out of me. No distributor to adjust timing could a bad cam sensor be the problem?

I'm going to take a video of what I'm dealing with and post it up so you guys can see the weirdness.

Find out what's missing. Fuel, or spark. Take it from there.

You have a 2003 tcm-ecm Hemi set-up , Correct..If so I have the ecm and tcm that came out of my Dakota. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with it..If you can use it you're welcome to it..

Try this. Take the pos (+) Battery wire off , Leave the Neg (-) connected . Touch the Pos (+) to the frame or body for 30 sec. That reboots the ecm and resets it...

you didn't miss slice any wires of the same color did you? check all your grounds and all your connectors. make sure they are pushed in all the way. no bent broken or corroded pins. in situations like this, always go back to the basics. people always try to over think themselves, when they are doing something out of their realm.
