I found the problem , I had the wrong lid.. I have 3 PDC's I thought they were all the same...NOPE 1 is different and it's the one on my truck....

I tried to freon my A/C today after giving up on the dome light.."Nope" , didn't work. I have no power going to my condensor fan , or the A/C clutch ..I think somethings wrong under the dash. The dash plug in the truck only has 2 wires, and about 8 coming in from pdc. I'm starting to think those missing wires are supposed to go places they are not going..like a/c Clutch~ fan- dome light , and other things I haven't found yet...I'm going to have to look them up and hook'em up.

Hey George I sent money yesterday morning so be watching for it. I feel super bad cause it took me so long to get it sent off. I have literally had 0 time to work on my truck I guess that is life when you work and have a baby. I am back in school in April so we will see how I manage the time juggling act then. I can tell you the brake light in my truck was a white wire with a tan stripe on it. not sure about the dome light. I haven't hooked mine up yet. I need to figure out a way to fabricate an over head console that I can stick the hemi overhead computer in then I will just use my overhead lights.

I will keep everyone updated on the wiring scenario. I was thinking do you think it would be possible to remove the wires that control the auto shut down and just not mess with it. Something to think about. I am getting ever closer to doing a stand alone unit if it takes me much longer to get her fired up.

 

Don't give up hope my brother , I discovered something the other day that might shed some light on the whole situation..
When I had the wrong lid on my PDC I got confused as Hell.I had power going to spare relays , and I had dead relays and fuses that were supposed to be powering things up..It made me realize that dodge made "at least" two different pdc wiring harnesses for 03'and 04'..
You might have the wrong PDC for the harness you have. That would put things like the a/c condenser fan relay on a spare sensor , and it would "TRY" to power up the spare relays..U smelling what I'm stepping in ?
Since you don't have a lid to the PDC you don't know what's supposed to be where..Once you get the one I sent you "tomorrow" you'll be able to test the power to the fuses and relays and know for sure what's going on. I didn't send any relays with it. I know you're going to need at least two , according to the picture of it..I'd Put a fuse sensor or relay in every slot and go from there..I wish you luck man, I truly hope this PDC cures enough of the issues to at least start it up. If you lived withing 200 miles from me I would have already been there . We'd race our trucks then have a beer, After I outrun you...

OH> Auto shut down > Don't mess with it.. I'm not sure what all it controls or does with the system..Just make sure it's wired and you have a ASD Relay in the PDC where it goes..
