Hey man so i see that u have tried this swap!! Trust me it's worth the money! I actually have a 1997 dodge ram 1500 with a 04 hemi swap in it! Did the swap ourself back in Jan 2008! Runs like a champ! We had to change a few things but it wasn't that bad! Hotwire auto was a huge help in all of it! The rest we just made things work an what not! If u have any questions just shoot me a email or what not!

big_country_1077@yahoo.com

So all the guys out there that think it hasn't been done yet!! There's hope it has an runs awesome! Not a single problem since the install! Just figuring out the cruise control now tho lol

It's good to hear that someone else has done this swap successfully. I'm just starting into mine here in the last couple weeks and am just in the middle of swapping the cam and cleaning it up before I put it in the truck. I have a couple questions for you to if you could maybe help me answer them if you don't mind me emailing you?

Not sure if this will work but here's a link to my build thread on *********

98hemi - I got no problem with u emailing me with anything! I seen u got in touch with Chris Squeir at Hotwire Auto! That dudes awesome! He's the one that built my harness back in 08' I went with the hotrod style harness they offer! Tucked it all in the glove box out the way!

So I am going to be getting a cherry picker tomorrow. Pulling engine out on saturday. going to replace the crank, possibly with a stroker kit while I'm in there. I have to much time and money invested to walk away now. I did however buy a 95 Suburban 2500 with a 454 to use as my wheelin rig in the mean time.

I'm glad to hear somebody has sucessfully completed this swap Stanley if you have vids of it running that would be awesome.
