What is spinning, the whole ball joint assembly or just the shaft?

need to put presure on the ball joint. place a Jack under the steering knuckle and jack it up a bit. should be able to tighten.

Glad that worked for you...

It is called Camber. Your wheels look like this? /---\

Might have a bent axle. see if your new ball joints fix that first. If your axle is bent easiest fix, is to get offset ball joints, as the Camber is not adjustable.

thats what my wheels look like,u can see it without the wheel spacers, but with them u can really see it. thanks agian and i will let u know tomorrow after i get the other side done. if the axel was bent wouldnt u be able 2 feel it when driving?? and wouldent it make it a pain in the *** 2 pull out put back in?? it came out eazy and went back in the same.

Not necessarily. Bent in that fashion, it just alters angles a bit for the various parts. The seals are what will suffer for it.

Why are you running 2 inch wheel spacers? What size tires/rims do you have on there? And what is the offset/backspacing on your rims? Putting two inch spacers on a 5000+ pound truck puts some heavy loads on your wheel bearings. Don't expect them to last long.....
