Plowing, eh? Didja get the coil spring upgrade to go with the plow? That'll get you back about a half inch or so right there and improve stability.

As for the leveling kit...I just installed a 2" leveling kit from hellbentsteel.com and they shipped it quick and it was a well made product. Only $65! Or, since you have a plow, my buddy used 2500 springs in the front and he is sitting level also, and it would beef up the front end.

thats what I have is a 2500. What if I used the springs from a diesel truck?

the only difference is the 2500 is 7500gvw and the 3500 is 8800... so that would jack the front way up and not fun to drive... that just me thinking out...

There were two versions of the 2500, 7500gvw, and 8800gvw. I have a 8800gvw version..... which means the 5200 pounds of dirt I had in the bed was only overloading it by about 2000 pounds.......

here is another question. I found a a 360 for free and i would like to build it to put in my truck. will I have to change any thing else if i do this swap?
