found my problem for sure...about an inch shy of the connectors on the power terminals for the starter is a section of wire where there is no insulation just exposed green nasty corrosion wire

no wonder my truck dont start LOL...not to mention the termanals and bolts holding that wire to the starter are corroded and rusted

FML

ITS FIXED, finally my ram runs like a dream again..

the problem??? A FUSE. Now i swear, i swear i looked at EVERY fuse to see if any were blown. None were seperated, or discolored. All of them looked brandnew, but i guess not. Im kinda pissed that i went through all of that for a fuse.

At least i love taking my ram apart haha.

I figured as much lol. Haven't been on the forum much lately, but doing the test I laid out in my previous post would have saved you the trouble of pulling the starter. Long as it is fixed, thats all that matters.

pulling the starter was the first thing i did, but oh well. I think its just retarted that the fuses looked completely fine.

Max: I did have to towed to dealer, they found the fuse. I didnt test the fuseds, they must have.
