Anyone get rid of their old nasty carpet and coated the floor with herculiner or something like it? What does it look like? Ive been wanting to do it for awhile in my 95 ( the '06 has the vinyl work floor, as every truck should).
Its going to be louder inside the cab. Other than that only thing I could think of is if you do a lot of wheeling get some floor drains to empty out the water.
My friend did it to his bronco, looks good since its a trail truck and cleans really easy, actually if you spray enough of it you can make it quieter in the cab, the bed coating stuff are good insulaters and do pretty good on sound deadening
i definetly wouldnt rule it right out, spraying the interior could have some rewarding properties to it if you wheel the **** out of your rig, as for a city truck, stick with the carpet or pre fabed vinyl flooring
mine came with the vinyl/rubber floors in it, and i love it. easy to clean, and its not super super loud inside the cab,and i run flowmaster 40 dumped off in-front of the axle.
i guy by my cabin did most his truck that way.... He didnt coat the inside so the truck continued to rot from underside out though....I did my rockers and the stuff has held up awesome for a year. But it is a bitch to keep clean and you have to use a stiff bristle brush as anything else hangs up on the aggregate (where the dirt also builds up between) and you have to keep amoralling it or it fades flat
