rims too wide, rubbing, spacers??

Safest, and easiest would be getting the right size rims...... somehow, grinding off material from parts that my life depends on doesn't seem like a good idea...... but hey, that's just me.

Well thats the safest and easiest way while keeping the rims he wants, and he is not taking off that much material and I know my tie rods have plenty of threads leftover that could be shaved a bit, plus they have a cotter pin to keep bolt from coming off so he should be plenty good

Spacers on a stock truck with stock size tires is already a little sketchy, on a ranger or S-10 its not that bad but our heavier trucks seem to not like spacers and if your not adament on checking them regularly they pose a safety risk to you and other drivers
