I have the flex-a-lite dual 12in fans it said something about hooking a green wire to the A/C positive or something like that or to the A/C relay but I couldnt fine it and I couldnt find the positive wire.

Tap into the black wire with the white line. comes off the larger plug that connects to the AC compressor.

Yes, use a blue line splice and run your wire to the controller.

IMO, those connectors are a horrible way to splice wires. Solder or use a butt connector wrapped over with tape or shrink wrap. Just my opinon though.

I know lots of folks don't like them, and for most connections I'd agree completely. However, if you ever have to undo it to remove the compressor, (which is just about the first thing you have to remove to dig into the engine) the other options aren't so great.

Those are the spices I was thinking of. Yeah, they're pretty flimsy, but your just using them for a signal, not to carry a load. I wouldn't use them to carry a load.

so is the larger plug im looking for next to the brake fluid container that is the only thing i really see with a black and white line wire that I can see and its got a $hit ton of other wires with it?
