do any of them work?? Does the truck run, and shift Ok? Is this something that just happened? Did all of them quit at once? Or one or two here and there?

If NONE of them work, I would start looking at grounds for the cluster. There is an 01 service manual for download in the FAQ section, it has wiring diagrams, and also shows locations of connectors, and ground points. Start there, and see what ya find.

disconnect battery, then unplug - replug the pcm connections a couple of times to scratch/de-tarnish the connectors. reconnect battery and see if that helps.

i don't know what years this applies to, but with the digital odometer, hold in trip meter and turn key to ON. then release trip meter and it does a cluster self test, including a cute little gauge sweep.

if that doesn't help, remove dash bezel and gently pull, then push on the instrument cluster to unplug/replug it. it won't come all the way out w/o removing a bunch of crap, but it will half way disengage enough to scratch the connectors.
