with all those problems happening instantly, i'll be my money on one of two options: 1. Loose/bad ground or 2. Faulty PCM.

What brand sensors did you get? For some of the more critical components, it is actually best to pay the dealerships exorbitant prices.....

i doubt that the new sensors are bad.
check the wiring to the rear speed sensor.

if ok, you may need to have someone with a high-tech scanner monitor the truck in real time, and see where the malfunction is.

all the sensors are bwd from advance and oreily. i forgot to mention that i recently had the truck painted. that may be the problem....with a loose or bad ground. they only had the hood and bed off. i checked the bed ground while i was under there at the beach. it seemed to be good. im gonna get a new rear abs sensor in the next few days and see if that helps. sure hope so.
