Unless you are getting that radio for less than $30 shipped, there is no reason why you shouldn't just buy a mid range Pioneer deck for less than $100.00. That would let you play MP3 format songs and usually allow you to plug in something like an iPod or Zune. Not to mention you'll see better performance out of your speakers than you would with that deck.

I will echo this, but even $30 shipped it excessive. You should be paid $30 to take it off someone else's hands.
You'd be better off replacing it with a newer head unit that is MP3/iPod compatible. Who even hauls cassettes anymore?
