How to tell which gears I have...
Check the tag on the axle. If that isn't there, request a build sheet from chrysler, instructions to get one in the FAQ section. If you are impatient, jack up the rear of your truck, put it in neutral, block one tire, turn the other one half turn, and count the number of driveshaft revolutions. That's your gear ratio.
If your truck hasn't been messed with, you should also have build data on a label on the underside of the hood near the grille bracket. Mine still has it, but I know that some don't have the same convenience.
Mine has it, but it is faded to where you can't make out any of the printed text.

mine had a sticker in the glove box.
You could jack up the rear end, put it in neutral, mark the tire and drive shaft with chalk and spin the tire. Count how many times the drive shaft turns for each one rotation of the wheel. 3 1/2 turns is 3.55 gears, almost 4 is 3.92, just over 4 is 4.10, etc.
