Default Stock Wheels

So i'm trying to go back to stock wheels for awhile, but it seems that the back wheels don't want to fit over the rear brake hub.
I can get the wheel started on, but then it hits against the drum. The wheels are stock 16 inch wheels so i can't understand why they won't fit?

I'll try to get some pics up,
but it acts like the wheel is just too small to fit around the hub, they are stock 16 inch wheels,
and they just came off my friends cummins

Same year? I would think they should bolt right up....... is there rust/dirt built up on the axle, or the center hole in the wheel?

His cummins is a 97 and my truck is a 95,
i'll try and knock the dirt and rust off,
but a 16 inch wheel should fit my truck, right?

Well for some reason the rims won't fit over the brake drum hub,
Did they ever change the the dimensions or size of the brakes for the 2nd gen rams?
Cause idk why they won't fit?
