30-60 HP depending on cam specs.
I would just ditch the airgap and get the heads.
Here is a good thread that shows you don't need to buy a 600 dollar intake to get 60 ft lbs more torque than a hemi with only 20 less HP.

That cam is a mild cam. Made for bottom end torque. You would not have to worry about lift problems and PVC problems.
Cam, Heads, tuner, headers.

A 408 needs more air than the stock keg, heads, and TB can provide. Needs to run true duals out the back too, otherwise you're leaving HP AND torque on the table.
Honestly, I don't know if the Air Gap even flows enough for a 408, might be M1 territory.

wow your going to use hughes to prove there intake is better! lol
Longer the runner length the more the intake is built for torque, that a very basic theme for manifold design.
The only time the stock intake will not provide enough air is at VERY high rpm and that not what a truck is for.
The only way to see which is better for torque is to use both side by side and compare. NOT by asking hughes. Mopar action just swaped from the stock kegger to the airgap on there drag dakota and 60ft. times sucked!
I am going to do the swap with changing nothing else and see.
