Default so i have a really important ? about my trans......

i have a mega viper from patc, well i had my line off last night making a new block for my trans temp sender to go into....my dad takes it upon himself to move my f*cking truck this morning for god knows what reason....fluid blows EVERYWHERE and he continues to move it. well i hear this revving while im asleep and i run outfront and hes sitting in my truck at the base of the driveway trying to move it, as trans fluid id pouring everywhere. he gets out and goes tehres no trans this things a piece of sh*t....im like well wtf would you move it for i told you the line was off then he proceeded to scream at me...yeah cuz thats my fault your a idiot and continued moving it after the fluid spewed out, so question is if i fill it back up do you think itll be alright? he only tried moving it for like 20 seconds after it drained once in reverse and once in drive...please tell me its ok

It should be ok, just fill her back up. If he only ran it for 20sec there shouldn't be any harm.

^What he said.
Hopefully your trans will be ok.
Sounds like someone needs an apartment now though.

You should be good to go. Just keep an eye on it but don't turn in to a hypochondriac.

this past winter i blew my line off and was doing donuts at my job's parking lot, until a guy came out and screamed "red fluid"

since then ive overheated the tranny 4 times, taken on water, clogged the filter with mud....i flushed it a few times, and mines still going awesome...not one bit of slipping or bad shifts....

so yea i think you're all set...

Have you spoken to a counselor about this irrational hatred you have for your transmission?

Hey im with ya on being pissed and nervous, I have a dr evil pure evil trans, and its been great but back in January, i backed out of my driveway, drove down the road to the end of the road to the stop sign and waited on traffic to turn, then went to go and the truck wouldn't move, just revved. I was like wtf, by now I had 4 cars behind me waiting to turn also. I got out the truck (mind you it was freezing outside) and there on the ground was a big puddle of red fluid, so I turned the truck off and let the cars pass around me, i popped the hood and sure enough my lower trans line on the radiator had popped off and fluid just running out of the line. I grabbed it and stuck it back on to keep it from leaking. I had no way to turn my truck around in the road so my dad came and using a tow strap pulled me in reverse (trans in neutral) back to house. Sure enough the line had popped off right when i left the house and leaked from my driveway to the stop sign (mostly downhill so i wasnt gassing it). Anyways I have since towed with it and had to problems and everything was ok but sure scared me.
