Good price on that kit. Only thing that sucks about that kit too is it states does not fit the off road model. So if it does actually fit I will gain like 1.5" of lift. I am thinking if I get this 7" lift it should raise me only about 4" above what I am at now which actually might not be too bad. Get some 37's and have a beast

well that blows. lol. though i think if you were to take the blocks and coils away from the off road, i do believe you have the exact same as a base model.

There is a little more to the off road package than just the suspension components. But yes from a height and suspension stand point as far as installing a lift is concerned I do believe you are correct. I dont know if this guys is going to get back to me or not I have not heard from him. No matter I still have awhile to save up money before I can do anything anyways

Ok so dude emailed me back on the lift. Apparently the offroad comes with 3" blocks in the rear and front is same as base does this seems right? I do know for sure that my truck sits almost exactly 3 1/2" taller in the rear. He said I would get 7" lift in the front and 4 more in the back. Which would make me 7" higher and pretty much leveled for $1200 plus whatever it costs me to get the crossover steering out of a 2500. They seem to be really knowledgable on the subject he also has an '01 offroad model but slightly modded... Like 16" lift and 1 ton axles. I think I have found my lift. Now for the cash part... lol

then that means the offroad has the same as the towing pkg. except it comes with 4.10s from the factory, and the 17" 5 spoke rims.

i have the 3" blocks in the rear with the towing, and i have an HBS 2.5" kit in the front.

That and the anti spin diff as well and reinforced pumpkin for the front dana 44 unless these are standard on the other models still trying to figure this all out. Either way I'm pretty sure this is the lift for me I like to be high in my truck and low in my car

True it is just an LSD although i dont think it was standard on all of them I see several on here talking about their open diff. Anyhow does anyone know what kind of an offset I will need to fit 37" tires with a 7" lift? Will the factory 17" wheels I have work without rubbing or will I have to get a different set?
