Default what do i need for plug change

me and my buddy usally do my plugs , but hes not around so i have to go out and get the tools, what deep socket do i need, and what extentions do i need, i cant remember what plug is a pain in the butt. im going to try the stock champ plugs with the londer nose that talon is using RC12lc4 , currently i have NGK iridiums and im getting some kinda click noise from the motor so i think its the plugs.

its not the tuner because i will set it back to stock with the death flash and it will still do it. just need to know what tools i need thanks

My favorite way to work.....

None of them are really that much of an issue. Having a nice pair of plug boot pliers wouldn't hurt though. (never can have too many tools.....)

Didn't take long to figure that out. Buy a basic tool kit and at least down load the FSM in the FAQ section. Wish my truck looked as good as yours and could just be lazy and have some one else work on it. Sorry if I sound harsh, but come on bud.

Go to Autozone and ask for a sparkplug socket - those have some cushion on the inside to prevent damage, unlike a regular socket. Make sure you have the ratchet for it And DON'T pull the plug boots by the wire.

Like dodgeman52, I highly recommend using some anti-seize on those threads. And like HeyYou, I also highly recommend a plug boot puller. Unlike anyone else, I think a thread chaser would be a grand idea, too.

Be sure to blow any crud away from the ports with compressed air before you remove a plug. Use eye protection, too, because the gunk that collects in there has a strong affinity for eyes.

Dude , I was just sayin you know? Get some basic tools and you will also get the satisfaction of doing it yourself.
