Cat didn't fix my problem
A 94 should only have one o2 sensor. Open the hood and read the labels and see if it is Cali emission or Federal. Either way, you didn't say whether or not you replaced it/them when the exhaust work was done. And disconnecting the plug to the o2 will do nothing except throw a code. You need to unscrew it from the pipe.

the hesitation i'm talking about when i take off or try to accelerate while driving it acts sluggish....
I've had the exhause fully redone full tune up have not checked plenum..but from what i've read when the plenum goes..it goes...and i have plenty of power at a certain point
I also have put on a new TPS(not that it could not be a pos)
I checked the fuel presure at idle and while reving up in park...is there a way to check fuel pressure while in gear or driving? I supposedly had a new fuel pump added just before i got it...but a crap new fuel pump is not unheard of..however i'm praying that isn't it as i'm 3 hours from home (home is where my shop is) at school

and yes the o2 sensor is gone...i removed it and let her breathe just enough to get her to the muffler shop... they went sraight from the manifolds to the tailpipes with the exhaust so as you can imagine there is not even a place to attatch the O2 sensor

I didnt rule out anything! You need that o2 sensor for the fuel mixture. The shop has to weld in a bung so you can re install the o2 before you go any further with diagnosing any kind of problem(s) you are having.
To say the least, YES! The PCM is just dumping fuel in there not knowing otherwise. And btw, is there an H or X pipe? Or is both sides of the exhaust just independent of each other. There is a right way and a wrong way of doing duals.

ok when i go home again i'll weld it into the pipe....i will say that my dad's truck doesn't have an 02 sensor and he doesn't have a problem at all his truck runs like a champ and we have the exact same truck... anything that it could be that i haven't touched on that might be a relatively easy fix or is impossible to tell without the O2 sensor
I did do some reading before i had the exhaust done and everything pointed pretty consively to the idea that removing the O2 sensor would just make it run rich but that i shouldn't really notice a HUGE dif in preformance is this wrong?

i will look when i get hom ena dlet you know...i do believe it's true dual from each side of the manifold straight out the back with independant glass packs on each side. i didn't even think about that
oh no there is def a CEL which is to be expected with out an O2 sensor and i'm sure it's making it run rich.... i just don't see how that can make it act like it doesn't wanna go....i mean we're not talking just a slight loss of power...i'm talking no pep at all
