ok then do you suggest perhaps welding a cross pice and connecting the duals? and perhaps mounting the O2 sensor there?
is there a way to just completely bi pass this whole computer thing and just eliminate it thinking the O2 sensor has gone bad?

Yes, you need an H or X pipe configuration. If you do a search here, you will find the different setups people have.

H pipe won't be as effective as an X pipe. H pipe just equalizes pressures between the two banks, there isn't a lot of flow there.

One last quesiton. For the time being, is there a way to "trick" the computer into thinking that the O2 sensor is reading fine? perhaps even just eliminate it all together from the computer system?
