Well, a guy did just get his 408 Dakota up and running with a remote turbo setup, at 10PSI he's putting down 537hp and 606fl/lbs, that's with a manual transmission though.

Go for it!

Currently stock (24lb) injectors, I obviously run out of fuel in high RPMs with boost, 4-5PSI at 3000RPM is like 80% duty cycle lol. I will be going to 42lb injectors when funds allow. If you run some kind of FMU setup that boosts fuel pressure, the stock injectors will support a lot.

I really don't know about the stock fuel pump, a lot of guys use a Walbro 255, not an option for my truck though. I'm thinking it'll be fine for my modest 300rwhp goal.

Here's a link to the 408 remote turbo build.

Pump size & injector size will be based on final rwhp.
408na (low compression) vary, 280-400rw roughly
Factor in the boost as well & that will give 35-50% gain ontop so roughly 380-600rw
Factory pump, will barely keep up with to the bare bones built 408 & boost, stronger built 408 though will be well beyond it.
Walboro 250lph would be the minimum pump needed, some will go to A1000 Aeromotive pump or similar.
Injectors could range from 30-60lbs depending on final rwhp.
