Default 47re transmission Problem

I have 1998 dodge 2500 v10 4x4 with the 47re transmission. I pull a travel trailer (10,000 lbs.) and a few weeks ago I blew a transmission line while pulling the trailer i got it off the road quickly (less than a 1/4 mile down hill)and got it fixed. I drove the 3hr trip home and no problems it worked flawsly . The fluid level is fine and no burnt smell. I drove it again and now here and there when its cold i have no second gear. If move the trans. to neutral and let it set and pump it works fine. could something be pluged or of gotten dirt in something? After letting it set in neutral it will work fine no sliping, no eradic shifts , even pulling a load its fine.It has only done this twice. Its crazy. Please help Thanks

Possibly a solenoid giving up? Governor pressure sensor/solenoid?

Probably posting in montec's trans thread would be a good idea.
