Those cam bolts are only available from the dealer. If those bolts are siezed, get your sawzall ready. Trust me, I had the same problem with two front diffs. I'll check when I get home, but I have some extra control arms that I bought new from the dealer and I didn't end using them. I think I was given the wrong ones, but I will check.

I wasn't able to get new cam bolts and now I can't break the old ones loose. I think a gorilla put them on. Any ideas on how to get them off and not ruin them?

Give them a bit of hot wrench treatment....... get 'em nice and warm, and take the nuts off. Keep in mind though, that they have probably rusted themselves quite handily to the steel sleeves in the bushings, and will need to be driven out. Which isn't going to do them any favors either. Might wanna wait on the install, until you have some replacements. You are probably going to need them in any event.

I wished not doing the install was an option but everything is on in the front except the lower control arms. Are the lower controls arms necessary with only a 3" lift? Just wondering if I could get away without the new ones until I can get these bolts out.

Measure the stock ones, and the new ones. If they are the same length, you should be able to get away with it, if they are NOT, I wouldn't try it.

I'll measure them. I don't have a torch here. My ex-wife kept all my tools and I've only been building them back up a little at a time.

Ouch. Did she do that just to be a B***H? Or, does she actually use them?

She's definitely not using them. So your first guess was correct. Looks like the new ones are 3/4" longer bolt to bolt.

Then do what you can to salvage the existing bolts on removal, and if you can't, order some up from the dealer if you have to. Dont drive with mis-matched control arms, your steering geometry will be screwing, and steering will be 'unpredictable', never a good thing.

Well if you have something like this balljoint tool and some short pieces of pipe for spacers, you maybe able to press it out. Big A** c clamp may work.
