Can you recommend a good in-lb torque wrench?
As the title says - I have a Hughes plenum kit on the way and need an in-lb torque wrench. Don't need anything too fancy but something quality. Any suggestions?
When doing my rear main seal, when attempting to retorque the main cap, there just wasn't a lot of swing room, unless I used an extension. (and yes, I am aware that you need to compensate for those.) That put the wrench RIGHT in my face....... and these old eyes just couldn't focus that close.

My only trouble with those is...... I find them hard to read.

Sounds to me like you need a young apprentice to mentor.
LOLOLOL!
I have been teaching my teenager the ins and outs of mechanical work. He is actually a step above "tool slave" at this point. He has the makings of a good mechanic, if I don't kill him first.

Preach it, brother! I have a 15-year old much the same. Talks tough about working on stuff until the moment of truth arrives. Then the pissing and moaning starts.
