Exclamation No power after mudding

So yesterday I went mudding and went through some pretty deep water. My check engine light came on then it went off. Now it seems to have no power when I try to take off. Once it gets going it has some power but seems like shes struggling.

Any ideas?

Moisture in the cap? Water in a sensor or three? check all your fluids.... oil, trans, differentials, transfer case....

water got somewhere it shoudlnt be and caused a misfire on a couple cylinders, and possibly got into tranny harness, let the truck sit for awhile and dryout, and see if it goes back to normal

Some more info on the truck would be nice too. For instance, depending on what year it is, you can check for codes.

Hopefully your trans fluid doesn't look like Pepto Bismol cause if it does your gonna have to dig deep into your wallet I know this from experience . Still trying to work the bugs out $2500 later .

sorry for the lack of info. It is a 95 1500. It is starting to get better day to day. I think the lack of power is because sometimes it isn't going into first but other times it is fine.
