Nope. Can't possibly do that. Would be far to intelligent........ (not to mention way too obvious of a solution.)

Check the major manufacturers, and see who offers what you want, what it comes with, and how much they want for it. A few I can think of just off the top of my head:

As already stated, stay away from stacking the blocks. The two main reasons for avoiding are the leverage on the springs leading to wheel hop / axle wrap, which often leads to broken parts and stability. Often blocks will come loose when more than one is stacked. Welding is not a good solution. If you must use blocks do not stack them, use one block for the total height needed. Try to avoid aluminum blocks as they are usually of a "hollow" type construction and can easily crack. Solid cast iron blocks are much better. The best way to go when using blocks to gain lift is to use whats called a "zero rate add-a-leaf". The name is confusing as it's not actually a leaf at all, but a solid steel block that is placed under the spring just like a block. The difference being that it's actually bolted to the leaf pack with the center bolt, so it becomes a part of the spring pack just like another leaf. This is the most stable and secure type of block to use. If you can't find an application for your truck these can easily be cutom made by any machine shop or even some diy'ers.

Another thing to consider is the use of air bags on the rear. There are several companies that make add-on kits that maybe you could use in combination with the blocks and spring packs to get what you're after. Very adjustable, better load handling, better ride, etc. There are also companies that sell diy components for airbag suspensions.
