And the valves could be carboned up and not seating all the way. Techron+ will help with that after the plenum fix.

^ I tried twice on these and am getting nothing.. Even took the gauge off and pressed down to see if I could feel any pressure and none.. I immediately put it back on the first two and got readings again.

Blown headgasket between 5 and 7. Head has to come off. I wouldn't bother spending any money on those heads..... just replace them. (you can do only one side.... but, since you are in that deep already, doing the other side just makes sense.)

I wouldn't even consider a stock head that has been decked, as that one has. (.020....) The decks on these were thin to begin with, which is a large part of the problem.

Do a search for Clearwater heads, they also sell on ebay, and you can get better than stock NEW heads for under 300. I would try and scrape the money up to do both heads..... they live in the exact same environment, so, when one fails, it isn't too much of a stretch to think the other isn't too far behind. Do you really wanna half to do this job again?
