hmmmm....i was told to not cut that center divider (even tho i did egr delete)....i only cut the runners down, and left the center....now im thinkin of taking it back apat....let me know how it runs.

dont forget to polish the intake ports and fuel injector bungs.mine had a bunch of extra casting blocking the fuel path of cylinder 5. a few mins with a dremel and it all looked alot better

dont forget to polish the intake ports and fuel injector bungs.mine had a bunch of extra casting blocking the fuel path of cylinder 5. a few mins with a dremel and it all looked alot better

What do you figure the best way to polish the intake ports ? I have used a dremel with a small wire wheel to do the injector bungs.....still gonna clean up the outside with a large wire wheel and give it a coat of paint . also gonna run it through a parts cleaner at a local engine shop to make sure it's really clean.

cost me $40 to have my manifold looking like this from a local machine shop
