I personally don't like wheel spacers. Just don't turn that sharp.

I agree, don't do wheel spacers. Maybe look into modifying the wheel wells a bit.

Most certainly not. Those guys hold your front axle in place. Modifying them is really not a good plan.

What you might look at though, is simply replacing them with some tube style control arms. They will be narrower than the stockers, and might give you the added clearance you need. (and a hell of a lot safer than grinding.)

I'm not an engineer so I am not going to tell you if that's safe or not. But I would think it would be fine as long as it was only a little bit, and you gusseted it. I am sure someone in here has some experience.

edit, Hey You is correct. I was stuck in 2wd mode.

If you are at less than 3 inches of lift, just get stock length. Should be fine.

well it only rubs the lower control arm. i was thinkin about gettin the tube style control arms but im worried that the tires would hit the front bumper cause if i got them i would need to get ones that are 3/4 of inch longer to recenter my axle in the fender well

We are cross-posting each other here.

The front bumper can be moved forward a bit. Just loosen all the bolts, and pull it as far forward as you can, then line everything back up again.

Or, get the long arms, with relocation brackets. (tad more expensive, and more complicated to install, involves cutting off the old mounts, and welding on the new ones....) Then you can center your axle wherever you want.
